Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
To ensure the health and viability of live clones, shipping is conducted on a specific schedule.
- Dispatch Days: Orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Transit Protection: This schedule prevents live plants from remaining in transit or sorting facilities over weekends.
- Processing Time: Orders placed after Tuesday morning will be held for dispatch the following Monday.
Shipping Rates (Canada-Wide)
Flat-Rate Express: $35.00 for your first 1–4 plants.
- Incremental Shipping: Only $5.00 for each additional plant after 4.
- What’s Included: This rate covers the Canada Post Flat-Rate Box and our professional, rigid-shell clamshell shippers to ensure your genetics arrive healthy and upright.
Free Local Pickup (Oakville, ON)
Cost: $0.00
Location: South Oakville (Near QEW & Trafalgar).
How it Works: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Once your order is processed and hardened off, you will receive an email with the exact address and a link to schedule a convenient pickup window.
Safety & Privacy: For the security of our facility and the health of our mother plants, all pickups are conducted as curbside exchanges only.
Shipping Regions & Restrictions
This store delivers across Canada with specific provincial exceptions.
- Restricted Zones: Shipping is currently unavailable to Quebec due to provincial home-cultivation regulations.
- Address Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid shipping address within a permitted province.
Packaging & Discretion
Privacy and plant safety are prioritized in the fulfillment process.
- Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked, heavy-duty boxes.
- Labeling: No mention of “clones” or “cannabis” appears on the exterior of the package.
- Plant Safety: Clones are secured in 3-inch pots within protective sleeves to prevent shifting during transit.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking Numbers: A tracking number is provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
- Age Verification: In accordance with federal law, a signature from an individual of legal age (19+ or 21+, depending on the province) may be required upon delivery.
- Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, the order is considered fulfilled.
